The session runs from 4.30pm to 7.30pm on a Monday, some people come for the whole three hours and others come in and out, sometimes just for half an hour.  There is a breakdancing class in the hall and in another room there is a sound system set up, where people can have a go at DJing or MCing.  There are some really talented young people that attend and there are talks of them taking a trip to a recording studio sometime in the near future.
